Position Overview

Transeo, an Ed-Tech software solution company, is growing and seeking to hire a creative, hyper-organized, and motivated Marketing and Events Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will place a heavy emphasis on managing events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars (virtual, in-person, and hybrid)


Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain an evolving conference calendar based on relevance, quality, and cost
  • Manage all relevant conference due dates and deadlines
  • Oversee operational conference logistics (both in-person and virtually) including: vendor arrangements, travel planning, restaurant or hotel reservations, facilitating company attendees, monitoring registrations, booth registration, presentation proposals, swag, and table set-up
  • Develop content for conference materials, pre-event correspondence and post-event outreach
  • Create a successful event playbook while continuously executing and refining the process
  • Produce an ongoing webinar series with internal and external facilitators
  • Manage attendee and registration lists along with virtual sign-ups
  • Oversee virtual event tech stack and webinar platforms (Zoom and Calendly)
  • Support live webinars by prepping contributing stakeholders, recording the webinar, moderating as required, attendee management, and fielding Q&As
  • Analyze the performance of events for ongoing improvement
  • Find innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the webinar content
  • Upload leads into CRM post-event and distribute to sales team based on quality score
  • Create event project plans and manage them in robust project management platforms
  • Assist Director of Marketing with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field OR 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, event planning, or operations role
  • Experience with in-person and virtual event coordination
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Integrity and a willingness to embrace the company’s values

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience.
