Transeo is hiring a team of Business Development Representatives.

The ideal candidate is focused on an out-bound lead generation role and is self motivated, eager to learn, and excited to evolve your sales career. This is a growth oriented role with the intent of moving from the Sales Development role into Inside Sales, or Account Executive roles.

What is the job?

Put simply, the job is to generate sales opportunities with school districts and colleges.

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities with school districts through phone call and email sequence campaigns
  • Target audience includes: High School Administrators, Guidance Counselors, Advisors.
  • Keep opportunities moving through the sales cycle stages using a skilled consultative approach
  • Maintaining records in Salesforce and participating as a member of the Sales team in performance management meetings, problem-solving sessions, etc.

Who are we looking for?

  • Teaching, Fundraising or previous sales experience
  • Self Motivated, Self Managed, Creative, Passionate about improving education
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree but past track record is more important
  • Warm, calm, professional and confident interpersonal communication skills
  • Process and Detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn the value of all our products for students, parents and schools
  • Bonus points for: SaaS/Education Technology Experience
