The ideal candidate is highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited to evolve your sales career. This role is focused on out-bound lead generation with high-growth opportunities - we want to help you progress from a Strategic Sales Development Representative into an Inside Sales or Account Executive role within 12 months! Total on target first year compensation exceeds $75,000 including $45,000 - 50,000 base salary to commensurate with experience and commissions that increase as quota thresholds are met.

What You’ll Do
This position will help you build the foundation for a successful career in technology sales. Through out-bounding, you will generate leads and cultivate sales opportunities with school districts, workforce intermediaries, and colleges across the US. As the first touchpoint in the sales cycle, you will use excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identify pain points that Transeo can address such as evolving high school graduation requirements, complex student journeys, and post-high school preparedness. Because Transeo’s suite crosses the traditional silos of a school district and decision-makers are varied, you will determine the context of each potential persona to generate interest and set the right meetings with the right people.
